AmazonIQ Intelligence Dashboard: See What Is True Now, Investigate What Matters Next
A premium read-only Amazon seller command center for live sales, money flow, listing risks, FBA intelligence, Product 360 and evidence-backed scenarios.
AmazonIQ now gives authorized sellers a structured Intelligence Dashboard for seeing what Amazon returned now, alongside the independent AmazonIQ GPT for investigating what happened and why. Both experiences can use one seller-authorized AmazonIQ connection, but they do not call, read from, or depend on each other.
The product framework is simple: see what is true now in the dashboard, investigate what changed through natural-language questions in the GPT, and model what could happen next in the What-If Lab. Scenario outputs remain hypothetical and are never presented as actual Amazon results.
A verified Amazon seller command center
The AmazonIQ Intelligence Dashboard progressively loads a bounded, read-only snapshot without waiting for every report. Money Snapshot, core live KPIs, Sales Pulse and Seller Briefing appear before longer issue lists so a seller can orient quickly.
The dashboard does not claim to contain every possible answer. Data availability still depends on Amazon, the connected account, marketplace, region, authorized roles, report eligibility, request period and the fields Amazon returns.
- Ordered sales, orders, units and average order value when mathematically valid
- Available, reserved and inbound inventory when returned
- Listing errors, warnings, risks, blockers and evidence-backed opportunities
Money Snapshot and Sales Pulse
Money Snapshot keeps currencies separate and distinguishes Ordered Sales from Sales API data from Finance Sales, Amazon fees, commissions, FBA fees, service fees, subscription fees, refunds, reimbursements, adjustments and Amazon net proceeds returned through Finance data.
Amazon net proceeds are what Amazon recorded after Amazon fees and adjustments. Product cost, advertising and external expenses are not included. Ordered Sales and Amazon financial transactions can use different event dates and may not reconcile for the same requested period.
Sales Pulse charts only returned daily points for a bounded 7-day, 30-day or custom period. When an equal-length previous period is available, the chart shows current and previous totals, absolute change and percentage change without inventing missing days or causes.
Orders, listings and Product 360
Orders and order items can include returned ASIN, seller SKU, title, quantity, item price, tax components, status and fulfillment context while buyer PII remains excluded. Listing discovery can surface Buyable and Discoverable states, errors, warnings and missing attributes.
Product 360 joins only exact returned SKU, ASIN, FNSKU, Order ID and marketplace values. It can combine available title, image, product type, price, listing issues, sales, inventory, movements, aged inventory, fees, refunds, reimbursements and returns. It never uses fuzzy title matching.
When Amazon does not return an image in the dashboard response, the product shows an intentional fallback. That does not necessarily mean the Amazon listing has no image and is not evidence for recommending an image edit.
FBA inventory, movements, storage and exceptions
Eligible sellers can review direct FBA inventory, reserved and inbound quantities, inventory movements and fulfillment-center transfers, aged inventory and storage data, returns, reimbursements and removal context when Amazon returns those sources.
Risk Radar and Sales Blockers keep Amazon severity separate from AmazonIQ business importance. Opportunity Radar is evidence-backed and does not present missing data or speculative potential as actual value.
Passive reports take time by design
Amazon prepares several datasets asynchronously. Refresh Live Data uses one small allowlisted bundle, deterministic request windows and existing report-job reuse. Sellers do not manually create or repeatedly check individual reports.
Equivalent report creation is cooled down for multiple hours, while status checks use a shorter bounded interval. Available results appear automatically in the relevant section. A pending, empty, unavailable or failed dataset does not mean the Amazon connection is disconnected, and AmazonIQ does not promise a completion time.
Selected Seller Performance, with honest limits
AmazonIQ can show selected Seller Performance indicators when the account, role and marketplace allow. It does not claim complete Seller Central Account Health, full Message Center access or direct Seller Support case management.
Sales and Traffic is also conditional and generally requires eligible Brand Analytics access. Amazon Ads remains a separate future connection.
What Changed and evidence-backed investigation
What Changed compares compatible equal-length periods and states the returned movement without describing correlation as causation. Seller Briefing groups the highest-priority supported risks, blockers and opportunities while retaining exact evidence and limitations.
The AmazonIQ GPT provides the separate conversational experience. A seller can ask follow-up questions, compare periods, investigate exact SKUs and ASINs, and combine live Amazon context with uploaded cost files without the GPT reading from the dashboard.
What-If scenarios are not Amazon results
What-If uses explicit seller assumptions with compatible returned data to model inventory, fee or contribution scenarios. A missing product cost is shown as unavailable, not zero, and the seller is prompted to add costs before estimating contribution.
A scenario is not a prediction, guarantee or actual Amazon outcome. Formula, assumptions, seller inputs, Amazon inputs, missing inputs and limitations remain visible.
Read-only protection
AmazonIQ cannot edit listings, prices, inventory, orders, shipments, fulfillment, refunds or buyer messages. It does not expose restricted buyer PII. Sellers remain responsible for every marketplace and business action and can disconnect Amazon access.
AmazonIQ is an independent NAVINES product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Amazon. The dashboard and GPT reflect only supported, authorized data that Amazon actually returns.
