The terms for using AmazonIQ by NAVINES, its read-only Amazon seller intelligence, and GPT integrations.
Effective July 19, 2026. These Terms of Service are an agreement between the user and NAVINES ISRAEL LTD, the operator of AmazonIQ by NAVINES. They govern the AmazonIQ website, account, dashboard, Amazon seller connection, GPT integrations, Free Limited Access, subscriptions, and related support. By using AmazonIQ, the user agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The user must be legally able to enter this agreement and must have authority to connect and access each Amazon seller account used with AmazonIQ. Business users represent that they are authorized to act for their organization.
Users must provide accurate information, protect login credentials and devices, maintain control of authorized sessions, and promptly notify NAVINES of suspected unauthorized use. Users are responsible for activity performed through their account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
AmazonIQ provides read-only seller intelligence and decision support using authorized Amazon data. Supported functions may include account, finance, seller-performance, pricing, inventory, orders without restricted buyer details, fulfillment, FBA, and listing analysis. AmazonIQ does not edit listings, prices, inventory, fulfillment, orders, or buyer messages and does not perform buyer communication or feedback solicitation.
Amazon seller access is initiated through Amazon's authorization process and is limited by the roles, marketplaces, and permissions granted by the seller and approved by Amazon. Users may disconnect through AmazonIQ or revoke access through Amazon Seller Central. Amazon services, approvals, limits, and availability are controlled by Amazon and may change independently of NAVINES.
GPT and AI-generated explanations, summaries, priorities, and recommendations are provided as informational decision support. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or professional advice. Users must verify source data and remain responsible for every marketplace and business decision.
Users may not access accounts they do not control, circumvent authorization or rate limits, probe or disrupt the service, extract credentials or tokens, introduce malicious code, misuse Amazon or OpenAI services, violate another person's rights, or use AmazonIQ in violation of law, Amazon policies, or applicable third-party terms.
AmazonIQ may provide temporary Free Limited Access to new users. Continued use requires an active paid plan. Current pricing, launch offers, and renewal terms are shown on AmazonIQ or confirmed by NAVINES before paid activation. Taxes and third-party charges may apply. NAVINES may change future pricing with notice, while any expressly confirmed promotional period remains subject to its stated terms.
AmazonIQ depends on services provided by Amazon, Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI, and other infrastructure, communications, payment, monitoring, and support providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and may experience changes, limits, or outages outside NAVINES's control.
NAVINES may add, remove, limit, or modify features to improve security, comply with provider requirements, or develop AmazonIQ. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, continued access to a particular Amazon endpoint, or compatibility with every marketplace or account.
AmazonIQ, its software, design, documentation, and NAVINES branding are owned by NAVINES or its licensors. These Terms grant users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for authorized business purposes. Amazon, OpenAI, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Users retain rights they hold in information they submit. Users grant NAVINES the limited permission needed to process that information to provide, secure, and support AmazonIQ. Product feedback may be used to improve AmazonIQ without creating an obligation to the person providing it, provided NAVINES does not acquire ownership of the user's underlying business data.
NAVINES may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, suspected misuse, nonpayment, legal compliance, provider requirements, or material breach of these Terms. Users may stop using AmazonIQ and request account deletion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.
To the extent permitted by law, AmazonIQ is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. NAVINES does not guarantee revenue, ranking, account health, reinstatement, profitability, uninterrupted service, or a particular marketplace outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, NAVINES will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from AmazonIQ. Any aggregate liability will be limited to amounts paid to NAVINES for AmazonIQ during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different result.
To the extent permitted by law, a business user agrees to defend and indemnify NAVINES against third-party claims resulting from that user's unlawful use, unauthorized Amazon account access, submitted content, or material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from NAVINES's own unlawful conduct.
NAVINES may update these Terms as AmazonIQ, provider requirements, or law changes. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; otherwise, users may stop using the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Courts with jurisdiction in Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law.
