AmazonIQ Goes Global: Seller Intelligence Across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific
One read-only platform, regional seller connections, verified marketplaces, a premium dashboard and the same AmazonIQ GPT.
AmazonIQ is expanding the seller intelligence experience across Amazon's three selling regions: North America; Europe, Middle East, Africa and India; and Asia-Pacific. Regional authorization and workspace support are now available, while the marketplaces and data capabilities visible to each seller remain grounded in what Amazon confirms and returns.
The operating idea stays focused: see what is true now, investigate what changed, and model what could happen next. AmazonIQ combines a premium Amazon seller intelligence dashboard, the same AmazonIQ GPT, and an explicit What-If Lab without taking control of the seller account.
One platform, regional seller connections
A seller authorizes AmazonIQ once for each regional seller account they choose to connect. North America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and India, and Asia-Pacific each remain isolated regional connections with their own verified seller context and Amazon endpoint.
The Seller Central sign-in-site choice only determines where authorization begins. After authorization, AmazonIQ asks Amazon for marketplace participation and displays only the marketplaces Amazon confirms for that seller. It never assumes that every account receives every marketplace in a region.
Verified marketplaces, not country promises
Depending on the seller account, Amazon-confirmed participation may include the United States, Canada, Mexico or Brazil in North America; the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Poland, Ireland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, South Africa or India in the Europe region; and Japan, Australia or Singapore in Asia-Pacific.
Those are supported architecture examples, not a guarantee. Marketplace availability is confirmed by Amazon after authorization. Data capabilities vary by seller account, marketplace, approved roles, program eligibility and what Amazon returns.
The active regional workspace
Each verified marketplace can become a seller workspace. The website stores one active regional workspace, including its owned connection, region and default verified marketplace. The dashboard and AmazonIQ GPT independently resolve that same server-owned selection.
Switching an already authorized workspace does not require a new GPT OAuth connection. A new Amazon authorization is needed only when the seller wants to use a selling region that has not been connected. Explicit questions about another verified marketplace inside the active region may be supported without changing the saved default; cross-region questions require the seller to switch on the AmazonIQ website first.
Currency, report and cache isolation
Every workspace retains its marketplace and source currency. AmazonIQ does not silently aggregate unlike currencies such as GBP, JPY and USD. Dashboard metrics, GPT answers and What-If inputs keep that context visible.
Direct-data caches and Amazon report jobs are isolated by the authenticated user, connection, seller, region, marketplace, capability and normalized request. A report prepared for one regional workspace is not reused in another.
The same AmazonIQ GPT everywhere
There is one AmazonIQ GPT, not a separate UK GPT, Japan GPT or country-specific OAuth client. The AmazonIQ website controls the active regional workspace, and the same GPT resolves that workspace server-side on the next authenticated request.
This creates one consistent Amazon seller GPT experience while preventing silent regional token switching. The GPT does not rely on conversation memory to decide which seller account or marketplace to query.
A premium Amazon seller command center
The AmazonIQ Dashboard brings Money Snapshot, Sales Pulse, orders and order items, Products and Listings, Product 360, Inventory and FBA, Inventory Movements, Storage and Aged Inventory, Returns and Reimbursements, selected Seller Performance, Risk Radar, Opportunity Radar, What-If Lab and Data Coverage into one operational workspace.
The dashboard shows returned facts, sources, periods, currencies and limitations. The independent AmazonIQ GPT supports natural-language investigation, while What-If keeps seller assumptions visibly separate from actual Amazon results.
Passive report intelligence
Sellers do not need to manage Amazon report creation or repeatedly check report status. Refresh Live Data safely reuses matching active and completed jobs, applies server-side cooldowns, and prepares only a fixed allowlist of eligible dashboard datasets when they are missing.
Amazon prepares some datasets asynchronously. Direct data remains usable while a report is preparing, and available results appear automatically in the relevant dashboard section. Previous completed data remains visible while a newer matching dataset is updating.
Read-only by design
AmazonIQ cannot change prices, listings, inventory, orders, shipments, fulfillment, refunds or buyer messages. It does not display restricted buyer PII. Every marketplace and business action remains with the seller.
AmazonIQ is an independent NAVINES product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Amazon. Sellers can disconnect a regional Amazon connection without changing Seller Central data.
Coverage with honest boundaries
Capabilities are not identical in every country. Data depends on the account, region, verified marketplace, authorized role, FBA or other program eligibility, request period and Amazon availability. Report-backed datasets can require preparation time or return no matching records.
AmazonIQ does not claim complete Seller Central Account Health, full Message Center access, restricted buyer data or direct Seller Support case management. Amazon Ads requires a separate future connection.
