The AmazonIQ Dashboard is designed for scanning the active workspace. It keeps marketplace, period, currency, source, availability, and important operational signals close to the numbers. A seller can use it to see the current returned state, identify areas that need attention, and notice when a dataset is pending, empty, limited, or unavailable.

AmazonIQ GPT supports a different part of the same process. After the user connects the GPT to AmazonIQ, it can answer read-only questions about the active server-resolved workspace, explain returned values, compare supported periods, and help shape a verification checklist. The website controls the active regional workspace. The GPT does not choose another regional token silently or rely on conversation memory as the source of truth.

A cross-region question may require the seller to switch the active workspace before asking again. The workflow does not bypass authentication, connection ownership, or marketplace verification.

The most useful operating rhythm is simple. Inspect the current evidence. Ask a focused question. Verify the answer against the period, marketplace, currency, source, and any known business event. Decide only after the limits and missing context are visible.
